We offer kerb-side delivery from £13.50, depending upon location, which should be paid when placing your order.
We aim to deliver one to two working days (at least 24 hours) after your order has been placed, but should there be a delay, you will be contacted with an alternative delivery date.
Terms and Conditions
All deliveries are kerbside or front of property only. Under no circumstances will our driver enter customer’s property. It is assumed that the delivery address will be easily accessible for larger vehicles, but should this be an issue, we would be obliged if you could advise us of this when placing your order.
Upon receipt of your order, items should be checked for any visual damage or missing items, which should be noted on the driver’s paperwork. Your order should be authorised by either yourself or a representative from inside of the premises to which the order is delivered.
Should flooring boards be purchased, it is important that these are acclimatised before installation, as, unfortunately, Bridge Timber cannot be held liable for any subsequent losses.
Should you be unavailable to receive your order as pre-arranged, or the order refused, you will be liable for the initial delivery charge, plus an additional goods returned charge. The same delivery charge applies should your order be cancelled within 24 hours of your delivery. Should an alternative be required after an unsuccessful delivery, you will be charged for the an additional delivery charge.
