Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Your product must be in the original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned item and proof of purchase, the product will be inspected, after which, you will be advised of the status of your refund. Should your return be approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 working days, depending upon your card issuer’s policies.
Return costs
You will be responsible for payment of any return costs incurred as a result of returning your item. Should Bridge Timber be required to pay return costs as a result as non-payment by yourself, the required value will be deducted from your refund.
